It is hereby informed for general information that this office has earlier issued a notice for information to all the applicants/concerned persons who have applied for Copyright Registration before the Registrar of Copyrights, as per the list annexed therewith, in respect of discrepant applications where said discrepancies were not removed despite discrepancy letters issued from this office with request to remove the same. Accordingly such applicants were requested vide earlier notice uploaded on our website and also through individual notices sent by speed post to remove such discrepancy towards a last chance latest by February 28, 2017.

However, as a considerable number of concerned applicants have yet not responded to the aforesaid notice, towards a final most chance, one more opportunity is being given to the applicants (as per list attached) who have failed to remove the discrepancy so far to remove the same by April 15, 2017 positively. This may further be noted that no individual notice is being issued this time and the instant notice uploaded on official website of Copyright Office shall be treated as final.

Still, if any applicant fails to remove the concerned discrepancy, his/her application shall be recorded without any further correspondence. However, such applicants may be at liberty to apply afresh.

This issues with the orders of the Competent Authority.
