Public Notice

It is hereby notified to all concerned that on examination/scrutiny of the applications received by this office, for registration of copyright, various discrepancies have been observed. The discrepancies have been communicated to all concerned through speed post for rectification within the prescribed period. However, the applicants have failed to remove the discrepancies so communicated.

Accordingly, the applications indicated in the annexure have been recorded as abandoned. However, the applicants are at liberty to apply afresh in respect of their respective works.

This issues with the orders of the competent authority.
